How should I send mail to my child?
Your child’s mailing address is 5000 Station St., their
apartment number, bedroom letter, Morgantown, WV 26508. For
Example: 5000 Station St., Apt. 1002 A, Morgantown, WV 26508.
If you're sending money, we highly suggest sending it by
certified mail so it can be tracked. All USPS, UPS, and FedEx
packages are delivered to our clubhouse, and our friendly staff
will store it for the resident and put a slip in their mailbox to
let them know their package is waiting.
In case of Emergency
The Lofts offers on-site maintenance and 24-hour emergency
maintenance. Should there be an emergency maintenance issue, please
have your child call 304.598.0001.

The Lofts offers individual leases by the bedroom (not the
unit). This is different from a traditional lease, with one major
benefit: You are never responsible for paying a roommate’s rent,
even if they graduate or transfer.
The Lofts requires each student to have a “Guarantor,” or a
person 25 or older who is a resident of the U.S. that will vouch
for the financial responsibility of the lease. If a Guarantor is
not available, the resident will need to qualify through Leap, our
institutional guarantor program.
All Inclusive Living
The Lofts provides all the amenities of home, and then some! We
provide DirecTV, WiFi, water, full-size washer and dryer, 24-hour
fitness center, a computer lab with free printing, tanning, pool
and hot tub, campus shuttles, and resident events at no additional
charge to you! We also provide electricity with a cap for each
resident, this means you only get billed if you use more than your
allotted electric for the month.
